Provox Micron HME

Atos Medical introduced the Provox HME cassette in 1995 to help reduce pulmonary symptoms in laryngectomees. The Provox Micron HME is the next step in the development.

The Provox Micron HME is an HME that gives laryngectomees enhanced protection against airborne microbes. We combine the original Provox HME with a highly efficient electrostatic filter media - a new era for HMEs!

An electrostatic filter material helps to reduce the transfer of viruses and bacteria. This is especially important since laryngectomees often have a compromised immune system. Provides the same HME capabilities as the original HME cassette. Fits all the attachment devices in the Provox System.
